I forgot to include my Cadet's name and phone number, who do I contact?

Please email us at kitchen@thethayerhotel.com to update your Cadet's information.

How does my cadet get their order?

At checkout, you will select a pick up date and time. We offer delivery to Grant Turnaround on Sundays and Tuesdays at 6pm, 7:15pm and 8pm. Please be sure to include your cadet's name and phone number in the 'special instructions' potion of checkout.

When does my cadet pickup their dinner?

Your cadet will pickup their dinner at Grant Turnaround on the date and time selected during checkout. We will wait at Grant Turnaround for 15 minutes before returning back to the hotel.

Where does my cadet pickup their order?

We deliver all meals to Grant Turnaround. Your cadet will need to pick up their order at Grant Turnaround at the selected pick up time.

Will my cadet receive text or email reminders when it's time to pickup their dinner?

No, we will not send an email or text reminder. Since multiple cadets will be picking up dinners during our time slots, we do not send out reminders. Your order confirmation includes the date and time you selected for your cadet's dinner delivery. We ask that you coordinate with your cadet and select the day and time that works best for them.

What happens if my cadet misses their pickup time?

If your cadet misses their pickup time, they can call our front desk and inquire about picking their order up during the next time slot. Contact our front desk at this number : (845) 446 - 4731.

How far in advance can I place an order?

You can place an order up to 60 days in advance.

Can I place a same day order?

Yes, you can place an order for the same day until 3pm.

Will you deliver to any other location besides Grant Turnaround?

No, we only deliver to Grant Turnaround.
